You are required to attend the Health Orientation Talks at Theatre 2, G/F, Meng Wah Complex, according to the following timetable. Please bring with you the completed Tuberculin Skin Test Questionnaire, Hepatitis B Questionnaire and Chickenpox Questionnaire if applicable.
Group A Students Special Arrangement Students who will not be able to attend the programme on August 19, 2013, they MUST go to T2, G/F, Meng Wah Complex, HKU on September 7, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. with the letter stating the reason for absence. Students attended the programme on August 19, 2013 but will not be available to check the test result on August 26, 2013, please go to T2, G/F, Meng Wah Complex, HKU on September 14, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. with the letter stating the reason for absence. You can complete and mail your Tuberculin Skin Test & BCG Vaccination Questionnaire to: Health Education Unit University Health Service 2/F, Meng Wah Complex The University of Hong Kong Pokfulam Road Hong Kong Health Education Classes / Workshops A Health Orientation Talk, in Cantonese unless specified, will be given before immunizations.
