You are required to attend the Health Orientation Talks at Theatre 2, G/F, Meng Wah Complex, according to the following timetable. Please bring with you the completed Tuberculin Skin Test Questionnaire, Hepatitis B Questionnaire and Chickenpox Questionnaire if applicable.
GROUP A STUDENTS SPECIAL ARRANGEMENT Students who could not attend on August 22, 2016 MUST come to T2, G/F, Meng Wah Complex, HKU on September 10, 2016 at 9:00 am with the letter stating the reason for not attending. Special arrangement would be made for them.
